Steady leadership in moments that matter most.

I work with nonprofits, boards, and legal teams navigating leadership transitions and developing litigation grounded in real community need.

I’ve spent 15 years building and leading nonprofit legal programs and developing litigation in partnership with communities.

Interim & Fractional Executive Leadership

Leadership transitions are some of the most important and most fragile moments in an organization’s life. I step into executive roles to support staff, stabilize operations, and help boards move forward with clarity.

This work looks different in every organization, but the focus is the same: steady leadership, clear communication, and a strong foundation for what comes next.

Strategic Litigation & Partnerships

In many cases, law firms have the capacity to take on meaningful work, and nonprofits have clear need, but there isn’t the time or structure to connect the two effectively.

That’s where I come in.

Every engagement is different, but the goal is consistent: connect legal strategy with real community need and move work forward.

AI Implementation

AI is changing everything. It’s both terrifying and exciting… and social impact organizations need someone to help navigate the noise, and implement real, sustainable practices.

Working closely with Board, Executive Teams, and staff, I help support AI to allow staff to bring more of themselves to those they serve, executives to focus their time and energy where they need most, and the Board to have a deeper understanding of the interworking of the orgnaizations they love.

How I Work

Most of this work comes down to people.

Supporting staff through uncertainty, helping boards make clear decisions, and creating communication that people can rely on.

I focus on understanding where an organization is, what matters most, and how to use limited time and capacity in a way that keeps things moving forward.
